  • Ross to put together a list of who has access to our digital accounts + set up a way of tracking “digital key holders” on airtable - in process

• Membership Level Review
  • Review of membership levels and copy
  • Guest memberships?
    • Free and gives some access to a few channels in discord
    • Offers some connection to org without paying for full memberships
    • Potential names: Individual Non-Voting Membership? Supporting Membership? Community Membership?
    • Should they be able to participate in a committee or workgroup?
      • Not for now
  • What about folks that are no longer/not currently in the industry? (Retirees, industry “alumni”)
  • Change Professional Membership name to Voting Individual Membership
  • Change Affiliate name to Corporate Affiliate
  • Changing Guest membership to Supporting membership
  • Proposal: Create a supporting Membership level that is free?
    • Unanimously approved.
• Student Memberships?
  • Could we offer a student/new professional level membership?
  • Shows that we value new contributors to the industry?
  • How to define “student”?
  • We want to make our industry approachable
  • Is this potentially more for “new professional” folks
  • Or “equity discount”?  - marginalised identity or hardship, self-identified
    • Allow people to also donate to equity fund during checkout/other
  • Proposal: for a self-identified equity discount of 50% (for folks belonging to a marginalized identity or experiencing financial hardship)
    • Unanimous approved.

  • All secretaries have access
  • All meetings in one place

  • For anyone who is getting corporate memberships, send Ross their employees so he can get them set up
