Networking Report update (Ross)
- Ross: hit my capacity, but this looks to be good - leaving the people to meet and connect.
- Arclight made some connections

Essen 2025 Update

- Ross: no involvment in 2024.
Nicole: No TGA offical support, but Nicole over in commerce would help with step grants to those that want to go this year. Links to come.
- Nicole: 2025, start booking as soon as 2024 ends. TBD in October.
- Ross: Does SOS have plans or a group to go?
- Nicole: I'll bring it up, keep the curent list (8 companies that applied) and give them a time to re-commit. Any gaps will be advertised.
- Ross: Talking with SOS, there was some other interested parties.
Industry Game Night in South Sound (Ross)

- Ross: First Wednesdays starting in August. Enterprise in Equity will be present helping new companies at some of these events. They also want to partner with the TGA nd help out where they can.
- Planned for every month!
- Advertisement planned to various places and in person.
- Beau: I can advertise it at Blue Highway game designer meetup

- David: No date planned yet. It is being planned to be setup by September, details soon.

Wiki Access
- Going public, so made it secure in some places.
- What wiki pages would like to exist?
- List of local gaming conventions, cross posted to the calendar
- Local game stores
- Trip reports, trade mission reports
- Archive of info about the industry
- Local conventional printers that have been used
- Publishing, marketing, manufacturing info
- Creds will be sent out to those that need it.
Discord
- Best free option, and we're moving over the span of the next month
- paid members and free members roles will be part of this
- making a forum page for IT-esque requests.
- Close slack at end of July.

- Ross: I'll have to look into that. Possible clean slate might be helpful since minutes are the official stuff covered.
TGA Creative Professionals
- Beau: I'm the chairperson for it now!
- Ross: This group ranges from larger companies to smaller groups
- I'd be stepping down from the secretary role for this board.
- Ross: We'll be looking around for people on this. David to help.
- I suggested Polo with ETX as a good person for EAT.
